Nigel Interviewed by Going Solo Adventure

.

Nigel met Paul Everitt, of Going Solo Adventure, in Sweden more than once during Paul’s adventure, kayaking around the Baltic. The photograph below shows Paul, right, beside Nigel, with Kristin and Felix Ohman of Point 65 Sweden. Paul set off solo from the Norwegian border in a Point65 Sweden tandem Mercury, a take-apart kayak. His partner, Kelly joined him later for the rest of the trip.

Inspired by his Baltic adventure, Paul and Kelly stayed with Nigel in Seattle while preparing for a kayaking trip through the Inland Passage of British Columbia from Alaska to Seattle. Paul paddled by himself in a tandem Point65 Mercury, Kelly in a solo. On their return, they sold their take apart kayaks and bought bicycles, to cycle home to Canada from Seattle towing all their gear in trailers.
